Whether in person or video chat we want to say Hey! Introduce ourselves and most importantly learn about you! We will spend a good amount of time talking over to course of planning to actual day of. We want to be that extra bridesmaid, groomsmen, or helpful hand. ( Funny story- one time we ironed all the groomsmen's pocket squares. We also are pros at boutonnieres & bustling dresses!)
contract & deposit
We will send over a contract of everything we will do for you and how we handle the business side of everything, not the most fun but so important! For weddings and elopements, 50% is due at time of booking a date. For all other sessions a $100 retainer is required to book a date.
before
A month before we will send over a big questionnaire (yay!) It goes over every finite detail of the day. This helps us formulate our game plan and gets us ready for the party!
The week of we will go over final details to make sure everything flows smoothly on the day of. We will coordinate with you or any planners involved.
day of
We get to hang out! We are so excited to spend one of the most memorable days with you. We wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed, bags packed so we can be ready for you. Can't wait- we're going to have a ball!
